The Australian Government released a draft policy and guidance on the use of Outcomes-based Conditions under the EPBC Act for public comment from 10 August 2015 to 5 October 2015. The Department would like to thank all those who provided submissions.

The Outcomes-based Conditions policy and guidance have since been finalised and were released in April 2016.
