The Australian Government engaged five Service Providers to deliver the program on the ground, and they were responsible for recruiting participants and team supervisors, managing work health and safety, providing training, paying allowances, and overseeing project management.
Project Hosts worked closely with their allocated Service Provider to ensure the project was consistent with community environmental plans and needs.
