About the Cost Recovery Implementation Statement

This Cost Recovery Implementation Statement (CRIS) provides information on how the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment (the department) implemented cost recovery to administer noxious emissions standards for new spark-ignition non-road engines and propulsion marine engines from 2017-18 to 2020-21.

The current cost recovery arrangements for the Product Emissions Standards are set by the 2021-22 CRIS.
