Invitation to comment
This proposed plan has been prepared by the Western Australian Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) for consideration as an approved Wildlife Trade Management Plan under section 303FO of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (the EPBC Act). Should the plan be approved, it is proposed that it will remain in force for up to five (5) years from the date of its declaration.
How can I get involved
In accordance with the provisions of section 303FR of the EPBC Act, you are invited to comment on the proposed management plan. Please submit your comments by 16 May 2023.

About the management plan
The management plan covers the commercial utilization of Australian native flora on both private and Crown land in Western Australia. The plan is designed to ensure the take, cultivation, and supply of flora by the commercial flora industry is appropriately regulated and ecologically sustainable.
