About the application
The Department of the Environment and Energy has received an application and draft assessment report under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) to include Mico argentatus on the Live Import List.
The report has been prepared against the standard terms of reference and assesses the suitability of these species for import into Australia.

Comments are invited on the draft report. It is available for public comment for 40 business days, closing on 14 September 2018.

Finalised risk assessment reports may be published on the Department’s website. Comments received during this consultation process may be used and referenced in the final report.
