Invitation to comment
The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water has received an application for a developmental Wildlife Trade Operation under Part 13A, section 303FN of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (the EPBC Act). The application is for the wild harvest and commercial export of Australian native bushfoods from Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Should the wildlife trade operation application be approved, it is proposed that it will remain in force for up to three (3) years.
How can I get involved
In accordance with the provisions of section 303FR of the EPBC Act, you are invited to comment on this proposal. Please submit your comments by COB Monday 19 December 2022.
