Comments invited
The Department of the Environment and Energy has received an application for a Wildlife Trade Operation under section 303FN of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (the EPBC Act). The application is for the commercial export of snake venom, blood and body parts. Should the operation be approved it is proposed that it remain in force for up to three (3) years.
