Comments invited
The Department of the Environment has received an application for approval of a Wildlife Trade Operation under Part 13A, section 303FN of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act). The application is for the Commercial Export of Bennett’s and Rufous Wallaby Meat, Skins and Fur from Tasmania.
It is proposed that should the operation be approved it would be in force for up to three (3) years.
