The Australian National Botanic Gardens is a living classroom for the exploration of Australia’s rich natural and cultural heritage.
Explore the connections between people, plants, and animals through inquiry based exploration and hands-on learning experiences.
The Gardens presents a range of curriculum linked programs for both primary and secondary students. We also run a Botanical Internship each year for tertiary students.
Our online booking system makes it easy for teachers to book a school program, and if you can’t visit the gardens there is a range of online resources available to students and teachers.
