ABRS identification series

The series has been designed to provide a user-friendly introduction to Australian plants, animals and other organisms, and forms part of a library of tools to identify and provide information about the Australian biota in all its rich variety. Each key or guide is designed and built through partnerships between ABRS and leading specialists in the group covered. The information is scientifically accurate, comprehensive and easy to use. Each key in the series is richly illustrated, and includes descriptive and distributional information. Guides to further information are provided. Through the use of glossaries and plain language, the guides are accessible and useful to all, requiring a minimum of prior knowledge.
