Independent advice on the management of the Commonwealth water holdings in the Goulburn catchment

This report provides independent analysis and advice to support the active management of the Commonwealth environmental water holdings. In particular, this report focusses on the Goulburn catchment in Victoria, and reflects upon the implementation of portfolio management options such as use, carryover, transfer and trade.  Information on broader aspects of the CEWH’s portfolio management are available in the Water Management Plan 2022-23, the CEWO Environmental Activities Framework and trade.
