About this document

This report presents methods for including representations of groundwater flow at faults in the groundwater modelling package MODFLOW-USG. The methods detailed in this report tested a series of fault property modification techniques, against a series of groundwater flow/fault systems (for example, up-fault flow and conduit flow). The results demonstrated a series of numerical solutions and their benefits and limitations in groundwater flow model representation of faults.
