Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Improvement Framework

We use this framework to assess the effectiveness of the program against short, medium and long-term outcomes.

The Program Logic section shows the:

• rationale behind the program
• cause-and-effect relationships between program activities, outputs, and outcomes. 

The framework allows for investment changes throughout the program at key decision points. This improves how the program is designed and carried out. The framework focuses on learning, improvement, and accountability.
