Flow-Monitoring, Evaluation and Research (Flow-MER) is the CEWH's on-ground science program.
The next iteration of the Flow-MER program commences in July 2024.
We are working with First Nations scientists and knowledge holders to support meaningful opportunities for First Nations knowledges and science to be part of the Flow-MER Program.
Flow-MER Areas
Cultural Advisor roles will be appointed for each of the Areas where our science program is delivered. Cultural advisors will focus on supporting engagement and building relationships with First Nations people in with connection to these Areas.
The role of the cultural advisor will be different for each Area to support what is appropriate for Country and communities.
Cultural advisors will have the option to be part of the Cultural Network to support knowledge sharing.
The Cultural Network
A Cultural Network is a key component of Flow-MER. The scope and role of the Cultural Network will be guided by its members. The CEWH will appreciate advice from the Cultural Network on how to support meaningful opportunities for First Nations knowledges and science in the Flow-MER Program.
