Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Plan
The Goulburn River and Northern Victorian Tributaries Area Monitoring, Evaluation and Research (MER) Plan details the planned monitoring, evaluation, research and knowledge exchange activities for the five years of the program. The Goulburn River and Northern Victorian Tributaries Area Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) details the planned activities for each individual financial year.
Quarterly snapshots
As part of the Flow-MER Program, providers are required to submit quarterly updates on their projects and the ecological outcomes of Commonwealth environmental water. For the Goulburn River and Northern Victorian Tributaries Area-scale Project, the following quarterly snapshots provide an update of activities, early observations and findings:

Annual reports
The Goulburn River and Northern Victorian Tributaries annual reports help us understand how water for the environment maintains, protects and restores the rivers, wetlands, plants and animals in that Area. The annual reports also contribute to our legislative reporting obligations. The 2023-24 Goulburn River Selected Area Annual Summary Report is now available, in addition to previous annual reports (2019 to 2023) from this Area.
There are currently no reports available for this project (2024 to 2029). The first annual report will be available after 2024-25 monitoring activities are complete.
