This State Party Report on the state of conservation of the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area responds to the request of the World Heritage Committee's 2018 (Decision 42 COM 7B.61).

The State Party Report was provided for consideration by the Committee at its 44^th session in mid-2020, which was rescheduled to mid-2021 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

An update to this document was provided to the World Heritage Centre in February 2021 to ensure the information available to the Committee and its Advisory Bodies is current. The additional information will also be considered by the Committee at its rescheduled 44^th session.
