Report a perceived breach of environment law

Use this form to report a perceived breach of national environment law, relating to:

  • hazardous waste
  • heritage sites
  • international wildlife trade
  • land clearing
  • ozone
  • sea dumping
  • threatened ecological community or species
  • underwater heritage sites
  • illegal logging
  • illegal export of regulated tyres, waste glass, waste plastic

You can remain anonymous when reporting information on a possible breach of legislation. However, it can help an investigation if we can contact you to ask for more information.

If you do provide your name and contact details, we will take all practical measures to protect your identity. We may share the information you provide with law enforcement and government agencies to assist with criminal investigations and/or in legal proceedings.
