Using the manuals
The following emission estimation technique (EET) manuals are approved for use by industry. There are 94 EET manuals.
EET manuals are listed by industry sector. Some industry sectors may require one or more EET manual. The NPI Guide should be used in conjunction with all manuals. Diffuse emissions manuals can also be used to estimate emissions at your facility.
If you want to use EETs that aren’t in these manuals, talk to the NPI team in your facility's state or territory.
