Leasing, sub-leasing and licence to occupy agreements
Do you want long-term sole possession or use of a site to conduct an activity?
The Parks Australia Leasing Policy provides the high level framework to establish suitable agreements (leases, subleases and occupation licenses) where a proponent seeks an exclusive right of occupation to support capital investment and/or construction of infrastructure.
This policy aims to enable use of reserves to further research, business development and visitor experience opportunities for enhancing understanding and enjoyment of the culture and natural wonder of the reserve.
