Public Interest Disclosure | Parks Australia

The Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 came into effect on 15 January 2014, and established a new framework for public officials to report on serious wrongdoing in the Commonwealth public sector. The Director of National Parks has adopted the Department’s Public Interest Disclosure Procedures. Those procedures set out how a disclosure may be made and are available below.
